-Ensure quality control at all stages of production, from raw materials to packaging. - Supervise the production of seasonings and flavor packets, maintaining consistent taste and safety standards. -Manage laboratory operations, including microbiological testing and equipment calibration. - Enforce food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO) and prepare for audits. - R&D: Collaborate with R&D teams to test and develop new flavors. -Hygiene and Safety: Implement GMP and food safety protocols across production lines. - Team Leadership: Train and guide the QA team to uphold quality and safety standards. - Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in the food - manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry certifications. -Experience with laboratory testing methods, microbiological analysis, and sensory evaluation. -Able to work Zaykabar Industrial Park (Mingalardone Tsp)
