-Responsible for CV collecting and making interview appointment. -Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date. -Assist in internal training process, training material set up and enquiring training related information. -Prepare and arrange employee contract and contract extension. -Maintaining employee's personal file and the HR filling system. -Assistant uniform process and conduct name card for new & existing employee. -Responsible for day to day operation of HR functions and duties. -Any other tasks assigned based on HR operation requirement.
-Must have at least 1-year experience in the HR field. -Good understanding and knowledge in Human Resource Management. -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Basic Photoshop. -Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
