Monitor and analyze the activities of the company's products and similar products, and collaborate with your superiors to ensure the best market connections. Establish strong and effective market connections and relationships with key sales outlets within your designated sales area. Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products. Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations. Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate. Plan and provide guidance to ensure that salesmen meet their individual sales targets. Responsible for managing the sales team to ensure their well-being and team-morale. Report to the Regional Sales Manager on the progress and requirements of the undertaking process.
Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools. Must have exceptional communication skills.
