-Design, develop, implement and maintain employee training programs that align with organizational visions, missions and objectives. -Identify training needs, coordinate with trainers to develop training methods and deliver effective training programs. - Develop & manage the training directory and advise HR Manager for selection of training and development plan. -Coordinate with trainers to develop employee training programs & implement training schedule. -Apply a variety of training methods and techniques to engage participants and ensure effective knowledge training. -Monitor and evaluate training programs to measure training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments -Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve and adapt training programs.
-Must have 2-years' working experiences in related field. - In-depth understanding of training techniques, practices, concepts and methods -Proficient in Microsoft word, excel & power point -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities -Excellent communication skills, conceptual skills and presentation skills. -An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and innovation. -Working Hours > 8:00 AM - 4:30PM Mon to Fri 8:00AM 1:00PM(Sat) -Holidays > Saturday (Half off), Sunday and Public Holiday

-Bachelor's degree with diploma or certificate in human resource development.
